2.          The Payment Terms: The schedule of payments is specified below:

{a} 50% payment of Website designing or development should be made well in advance and the rest 50% after completion.

{b}  The full and final payment is to be made when the final design and functionality of the site and the site is ready to be uploaded on the main location / URL.

3.          All the inputs like text, images or graphics, etc. preferably in soft copy are to be provided by the client well in advance before starting the new site.
4.               In website designs, OUR COMPANY would use freely available graphics and images. If the Customer insists to have any specific graphics or images, which need to be purchased, the Customer has to pay the additional price for the same.
5.               During design and development of the project, the template and it’s all the section is approved by you time to time. If your approval or commitments are not received well on time, we will finalize/ freeze that section.
6.                During the design and development of the project, if you need to communicate regarding any technical query, we will provide you our technical assistance.
7.         After completion of the project successfully, we will provide Research & Development and Testing Team to free support the website for 30 days.
8. During this period we resolve the entire technical problem if required.
